Who We Are
The moment your child joins us at Children’s Paradise Learning Academy is the first giant step on a journey to reaching their highest potential – building self-esteem, learning to socialize and discovering a love for learning that they will carry with them into kindergarten and beyond. Our learning academy serves children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old – offering customized programs for each age, designed to be of maximum benefit to your child’s cognitive, social and physical development:
Infants (6 weeks to 17 months)
Toddlers (18 months to 35 months)
Preschoolers (3 years to 5 years)
Afterschoolers (6 years to 12 years)

Children’s Paradise has been operating 4 successful and well-established daycare centres for 26 years in London England U.K. The owner has over 26 years of experience in managing and owning their daycare. The owners Cheryl-Ann and John are parents of 3 boys who also attended their daycare in London, England. The family is now residing in Houston, Texas and have now taken their daycare internationally. The owner is also a qualified teacher and Montessori trained teacher.
Our Philosophy
It is the philosophy at Children’s Paradise that early childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, education, exploration and discovery. Children’s Paradise provides an atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth through children’s play and small group instruction. The curriculum includes dramatic play, creative art activities, music, science activities, block play, sensory experiences, daily outdoor activities, birthday and holiday celebrations, and holidays, Spanish classes, Computer Station and more. Children will be exposed to shapes, colors, numbers, and letters through developmentally appropriate activities taught using small group instruction.
Children’s Paradise has been a recognized landmark in Humble, Texas for 6 years. We provide superior childcare, coupled with an accelerated preschool program, to the residents of Humble, Houston and the surrounding areas. We take pride in our inviting facility, caring staff and our commitment to keeping your child in a safe, fun, nurturing, educational environment. Our Staff
Children’s Paradise Learning Academy’s staff is simply incomparable. When you meet a staff member, you will feel the warmth, commitment and infectious enthusiasm and observe the effect these attributes have on the children in their classrooms. We believe that as a teacher works with a child, the child builds self-esteem. When teachers clean up with the children and children clean up after themselves, the children learn order and responsibility. When teachers say no, children learn limits. And when teachers hold, hug and comfort a child, a child will learn love, trust and the good feeling which comes with having supportive relationships with adults. Our staff is always accessible and is always willing to lend assistance.
Meals
Nutritious morning continental breakfast, lunch and mid-afternoon snack is provided by the center for children who are on regular diets. All meals are catered in, meet the USDA guidelines and included in the weekly tuition. For those children on formula and baby food, the parent is expected to bring their food when the child is dropped off at the center.
Our Facility
Our new facility was built in 2011 with the knowledge that parents expect and deserve more for their children than a huge building where children are treated as a commodity and lodged in crowded, noisy groups. We maintain a home-like atmosphere and uncommonly low ratios, with children learning and playing in smaller groups. We believe this promotes the ideal environment for your child’s intellectual and social development.
Food Allergies
We are a “nut-free” environment due to the number of children allergic to peanuts. For children allergic to cow’s milk, the parent is expected to bring a milk replacement for their child to drink.
